We don't run flash sales, countdown timers, or "only 3 left!" banners, and it's a deliberate choice rather than an oversight.
Manufactured urgency works by making a decision feel time-sensitive when it usually isn't. That might move more units in a weekend, but it also trains customers to distrust a brand's regular pricing, if something's suddenly 40% off behind a countdown clock, it's fair to wonder what the "real" price actually is.
That's a different thing entirely from a genuine welcome, like free shipping on your first order when you join our list, no clock, no disappearing deadline, just a thank-you for showing up. The line we care about isn't "discounts, never", it's whether an offer is honest and stays put, or exists only to rush you.
If we ever do show limited stock messaging, it will reflect real inventory, because we produce in small batches and pieces genuinely do sell out. We won't manufacture scarcity that isn't there.
Our prices reflect what things cost to make well. We'd rather earn a purchase on that basis (with the occasional genuine act of generosity built in)than on a countdown clock.
